Politika refundacije i povraćaja na ovom sajtu traje 15 dana. Ako prođe 15 dana od vaše porudžbine, ne možemo Vam izvršiti zamenu ili povraćaj novca.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Da bi bili podesni za povraćaj ili zamenu, proizvod ne sme biti korišćen i mora biti u istom stanju kao kad ste ga dobili.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Nekoliko tipova robe su izuzeti iz politike povraćaja. Kvarljiva roba kao npr. hrana, sveže cveće, novine ili magazini ne mogu biti vraćeni. Takođe ne prihvatamo proizvode za intimno ili sanitarno korišćenje, opasne materijale ili zapaljive tečnosti i gasove.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Povraćaj novca
Refund

Kada se vaš proizvod vrati i pregleda, poslaćemo vam email sa obaveštenjem da je vaš proizvod primljen. Takođe ćemo Vas obavestiti o odobrenju ili odbijanju refundiranja.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sa vašim dopuštenjem, Vaš refund će biti procesuiran i novac će automatski biti prebačen na račun sa kojeg nam je izvršena uplata u određenom vremenskom periodu.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Ako još niste dobili svoj refund, prvo proverite vaš bankarski račun ponovo.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Kontaktirajte kompaniju vaše kreditne kartice, postoji mogućnost da je potrebno neko vreme kako bi se vaš refund zvanično video.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Proizvodi sa rasprodaje
Sale items

Samo proizvodi plaćeni punom cenom bez popusta mogu biti refundirani. Proizvodi sa rasprodaja ne mogu biti refundirani.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

ZAMENE
Exchanges

Vršimo zamenu samo onih predmeta koji su vam stigli oštećeni. Ako želite da ga zamenite za isti ili sličan proizvod (ako nije unikat u pitanju) molimo Vas da nam pošaljete email na office@didulishop.com. Ako želite da ga popravimo i dovedemo u stanje kakvo je prikazano na fotografijama takođe vas molimo da nam pošaljete email sa zahtevom.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or similar model (if its not unique), send us an email at office@didulishop.com. Also if you want us to fix it and to bring it to a shape like it was in photos (if its possible) please send us an email office@didulishop.com.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Studio Didulidudu, Vidikovacki venac 90, 11090 Beograd, Serbia.

Sami snosite troškove poštarine za povraćaj robe. Troškovi poštarine nisu uključeni u refund. Ako dobijete refund, troškovi poštarine biće isključeni iz vraćenog novca.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
